FitAdEngine is a FitMacro product that helps app marketers plan, generate, review, and manage creative campaigns. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using FitAdEngine.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, workspace details, campaign details, uploaded media, creative briefs, generated content, approval status, publishing records, and analytics you choose to connect or enter.

If you connect a third-party service such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Apple App Store Connect, Stripe, or email services, we may process account identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, channel or page metadata, publishing status, and performance data needed to provide the requested integration.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, create and manage workspaces, generate campaign assets, store uploaded media, connect social publishing accounts, support review and approval workflows, provide analytics, protect the service, and communicate service updates.

TikTok Data

When you connect TikTok, FitAdEngine uses the authorization you grant to connect your TikTok account to your workspace and support publishing or account-management workflows that you initiate. We do not sell TikTok user data. We only use TikTok data to provide the connected FitAdEngine functionality, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help operate FitAdEngine, such as hosting, database, authentication, AI generation, email, payment, analytics, and connected platform providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting us at support@fitadengine.com.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
