Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FitAdEngine, a FitMacro product. By creating an account or using FitAdEngine, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

FitAdEngine is provided to help teams create, manage, review, and publish app marketing creative. You are responsible for your account, your workspace users, your campaign content, and your compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

Connected Platforms

If you connect TikTok or another third-party platform, you authorize FitAdEngine to use that connection to provide the features you request. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms, developer policies, community guidelines, and review processes.

User Content

You retain ownership of campaign briefs, media, creative assets, and other content you upload or create in FitAdEngine. You grant FitAdEngine the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use FitAdEngine to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malicious code, abuse connected platform APIs, interfere with the service, misrepresent your identity, or generate or publish content that you do not have the right to use.

AI-Generated Output

FitAdEngine may use AI providers to generate copy, concepts, images, video-related assets, or recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, including for accuracy, rights clearance, advertising compliance, and platform policy compliance.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of FitAdEngine at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

FitAdEngine is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
